We all know that exercise helps us lose weight and stay fit, strong and healthy. But where do you start? There is so much information out there. Confusing, contradictory, intimidating information!
In my blog, I’ll try and give you helpful tips about exercise. I’m a big fan of exercise that can be done at home, with no other preparation required than putting on my trainers. If I had to drag myself to a gym, well, I’d never get there.
